This is a concept for a design I have in mind. Base is heavy stretch, with beaded overlay on bodice/sleeves, boat neckline, and detachable train. This design could end up varying slightly due to actual construction, or buyer could desire to change it. Yes, it would come with a belt. I have enough material to make up to a size large.
