Consultation

We’ll connect via your preferred method—phone, text, or email—to bring your vision for a custom rodeo queen dress or custom rodeo queen outfit to life. Upon moving forward, a $100 deposit will be requested to secure your design slot and block off that date range in my calendar.

Design Approval

During this stage, I’ll also provide an estimated price range. Once a design is selected, a 1/2 down deposit will be due (minus calendar deposit)

Once we finalize your custom rodeo queen dress or rodeo queen outfit design, I’ll source the perfect fabrics and trims from online and local vendors, sharing links via email or message for your approval. After you select your materials, I’ll provide a final price, applying your deposit to secure the supplies. When your scheduled production time arrives, I’ll handcraft your garment, often sending progress photos for your feedback to ensure it’s perfect.

Completion & Delivery

Once your custom rodeo queen dress or custom rodeo queen outfit is complete, I’ll send photos to showcase your vision brought to life! Upon your approval, the remaining balance and shipping fees will be due. I’ll then carefully package your garment and ship it to you, ready to shine in the arena or on stage.
