Rodeo queens -
beautiful girls in leather dresses and white
cowboy hats at the queen luncheons, and equally
beautiful and graceful on their horses at the
rodeos. These girls spend countless hours of
preparation on horsemanship, public speaking,
modeling, rodeo and equine knowledge, and
etiquette. Nope, I'm not
a rodeo queen.......not for many years anyway.
I'm a Rodeo Queen Mom (notice the capital
letters). My current title of RQ Mom is a very
important one to me and to my two daughters -
both of whom have held queen titles and are still
competing in Rodeo Queen pageants.
The big "What do I
wear?" question in rodeo queen attire, is
often followed by "Where can I find
it?". I hope that sharing some of my sources
with you will help in your quest for that
exciting perfect rodeo queen outfit, and
ultimately, the coveted title.
